A warm visual feast!
This is my 5th Paraffle hoop embroidery and I love it. I had never done any embroidery before these kits and am learning and growing as I go along. The colours are so subtle and the stitches suggested allowed me to embellish and ‘paint’ with the threads bringing the foliage to life . I did however feel that there was a void in the centre and was delighted that I have both the confidence and skills now to creatively personalise the finished wreath . The addition of the capital letters that form the word “AUTUMN”, where a toadstool represents the “T”, swirling in the autumn winds enhances the wreath in my opinion.
I love how the guide in these kits takes you on a stitching journey with such clarity and feel that everyone, no matter what level they are at in embroidery, can have success.
I am now onto kit number six and look forward to future new designs.
