Cat Embroidery Pattern

Create a feline friend with our paisley Cat embroidery pattern! 

This pattern is suitable for beginners and can be customised to create individual cat colours. 

It includes advice on materials to use, a stencil, stitch key, and clear instructions (with photos!) for all of the stitches used.

Our Cat pattern is designed to fit an 8 inch hoop, but can be scaled up or down.

This is a PDF download only, so you will need to source fabric, embroidery thread, needles, an embroidery hoop, and dressmaker's carbon paper (all easy to find online and elsewhere if you don't have them at home already). Please make sure that you have a PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat), and access to a printer.

Sammy's Note: this Cat was originally designed by Zoe, a Paraffle customer. Taking inspiration from other paisley designs, she created this gorgeous cat pattern and posted it on our Paraffle People facebook group. I loved it so much that I asked if we could make a kit with her design - and happily, she agreed! So, this Cat kit is all thanks to Zoe and the wider Paraffle community - it's amazing seeing the creativity blossom!
