Our paisley Cat design is beginner friendly - and there's 6 shades of DMC thread included in each kit, so you can customise your thread colours to create any kind of cat!
This design includes ten types of basic stitch, so it's perfect for learning the techniques of hand embroidery. The kit contains everything you need to get started, along with comprehensive instructions for each stage of the project.
All you need to get started are a pair of scissors and a pen!
Sammy's Note: this Cat was originally designed by Zoe, a Paraffle customer. Taking inspiration from other paisley designs, she created this gorgeous cat pattern and posted it on our Paraffle People facebook group. I loved it so much that I asked if we could make a kit with her design - and happily, she agreed! So, this Cat kit is all thanks to Zoe and the wider Paraffle community - it's amazing seeing the creativity blossom!
I stitched this kit for my brother and sister in law for Christmas. Loved the fact you could stitch in various colours to match the cat.

I really like this design and am looking forward to stitching it. I'll be making it into a cushion to remember a ginger cat called Munro we once owned who loved lounging on the sofa!
