This spooky little spider makes for a fantastic Halloween decoration. Choose how you want to display it - you can even make it into a patch for your clothes!

For this project, you'll need: grey fabric; DMC thread (colours 434, 310, and 422); a 3 inch hoop; a needle, and transfer paper (either printable, or carbon paper).

I loved doing this Hallowe'en craft

This was so much fun! I really wanted to do a Hallowe'en inspired sew and saw this, it looked ideal.

The instructions were easy to follow and I really enjoyed seeing the spider fill in as I went along.

I crushed the stitching a little applying the interface. I think the iron was on too long, but I'm just learning.

The web was the free pattern and i like my spider having a home. I used 3 threads, but I think 2 would've been better.
